Library

The Village Quilters’ library of quilting books resides in our closet at Grace Lutheran Church on two rolling carts. It comes out of the closet at every meeting for you to enjoy. A colored dot on the spine of each book indicates the quilting technique. The key to the color-coding is prominently displayed on the library table. The books are arranged alphabetically by author. The librarian often features certain books on the library table during meeting announcements. 

It's easy to check out a book. Just open the front cover, remove the library card, fill it out with your name and the date, and give it to the librarian. The library card is attached to the book with double-backed tape. The librarian will give you a sticker to place on the double-sided tape to cover it until you return the book. You may check out as many books as you like. Please return books at the next meeting.

From time to time, the librarian may remove some books and replace them with new ones. Please tell the librarian if you would like the library to purchase a particular book.
