Working with Large Scale Prints
Learn to combine large scale prints with other prints with Bill Kerr of the Modern Quilt Studio.

What makes a quilt modern? Using examples from the book "Quilts Made Modern", Bill Kerr will explain what makes a quilt modern and how you might include modern techniques and design approaches in your next project.

Paper Piecing with Marney
Have fun learning paper piecing basics and all the little tricks for success with Mary Hertel. This class is suitable for beginning quilters as well as more advanced students. We will be making two whimsical blocks from Mary’s book, "Sew Yourself a Merry Little Christmas".

Program: Annual Meeting and Potluck
With spring coming soon, can the tasty potluck supper be far behind? Mark Tuesday, April 16, on your calendar! The potluck will start at 6:30 and there will be a regular business meeting following the supper.
As of the February meeting, 24 members have signed up to attend. What is the cost, you say? Something to share is your ticket in!

Guild Workshop
This will be a working UFO and BOUTIQUE item making day. Let Barb or Edie know that you will attend and they will make sure you have a table. There is no charge for this day.
Longarm Quilting Roundtable
We will be learning a bit about longarm quilting and spend the evening talking and exchanging thoughts and questions with the several longarm quilters who are members of our guild.

Quilt of Valor Sew In Event
Come and join the fun as we cut, piece and complete a Quilt of Valor quilt top in 2 hours! Once it’s finished it will be quilted for the Quilts of Valor presentation during the 2019 Quilt Show.

Put a hustle in your bustle!
Raid your stash! Donate your treasures to the Raffle and Silent Auction at the January Ways & Means meeting. Almost anything "goes" for Raffle items...thread, fabrics, yardage, books, patterns, kits, equipment and more. Silent Auction items are quilts, toppers, table runners, partially finished pieces, quilted garments, small quilts, pillow cases and more.
The meeting will start at 6:00pm. Drop off will begin at 5:30pm.
