Come join us in person at our Annual Business Meeting!

We will start off with an old-fashioned ice cream social at 6:30 pm, complete with all the toppings, provided by your Board members. Doors open at 6 pm.

Program for the evening:

• Thank the outgoing Board members

• Installation of new Board members, with members’ approval

• Announcement of changes to committee members

• Budget presentation and vote

• Committee reports

• Present the outgoing President’s quilt

A note from the President

April is upon us. You might think of Spring, but I’m going to ask you to think about our Annual Business Meeting! I’m hoping that many of you will attend.

We have several new board members to elect, and we will vote on our budget for our next fiscal year. This is a time for each member to participate in the decision-making process of Village Quilters.

We will enjoy ice cream sundaes together, then have the business meeting and Show and Tell. I know you might be thinking it will be boring, but it’s not! Along with the business part of the evening, it is also a fun social time. So, please come and participate in this important function of being part of Village Quilters.
