The Brown Bag Hustle is coming back and will be held at our March 16 meeting!

Drop off starts at 5:00 p.m. Members are encouraged invite guests to create a larger audience for our abundant donations this year! This year, the committee will be going green with some surprises to spice up the hustle.

Participants purchase reasonably priced tickets and drop them into the brown bags placed next to the items that the participant is hoping to win. After an adequate “shopping time”, the winning tickets are drawn!

Bring your crafty friends who love a good bargain! Also bring anything and everything you wish to give away, including fabric, thread, batting, stuffing, rulers, patterns, quilt books, sewing equipment, lamps, yarn and knitting things, ribbon, lace, fat quarters, and yardage.

Last year items consisted of vintage finished quilt tops, many fat quarters, nursery and children fabrics, laces, unfinished kits, and handwork projects. You have been so generous in the past, and we’re looking forward to a repeat!
